Reports

The Reports hub in the console carries 48 reports across four families. Every report can be filtered down to a single store, route, register or date range, and exported.

Sales

Sales summary, sales by item, sales by category, route sales, register sales, returns, discounts and tender breakdowns. The sales overview leads with net revenue against the previous period — the same reading the dashboard shows.

Inventory

Stock on hand, stock movements, low stock, transfers, adjustments, and goods receipt variance (expected vs measured weight, per vendor — the catch-weight audit trail).

Financial

Day close summaries, cash reconciliation, store credit, receivables aging (current / 1–30 / 31–60 / 61+), supplier balances and commission settlements.

Audit

Who did what, when: price changes, stock adjustments, user actions and permission changes, with the before and after values.

Note: report visibility is feature-gated by role. A user without a family's permission does not see its reports — not even as disabled entries.
